All The English Shipmate's items are posted via First Class Business post for mainland UK orders, unless you select express, tracked services where available.
**ORDERING AT PEEK TIMES**
To avoid disappointment, please order as soon as you can – as an artisan silversmith I can only make so many orders during the Christmas/Father's Day/ Mother's Day etc period without the help of Elves or other magical hard-working creatures.
Please note that courier and postal services may be affected by inclement weather - it's hugely important to me that the items I make for you reach you in time, if there's any reason to suspect delays, I will contact you.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
